Ana Maria is one of the best buyer real estate agents I have ever seen in a long time. She helped us got the house we wanted! She works patiently and reply to our emails at any time even if it is late at night. She is very professional and aways tried to help the buyer on all the related matters (she even got the FEMA survey for me). We truly recommend Ana Maria to any potential home buyers!

I consider Ana to be something of a miracle worker! She found my home while dealing with a very limited budget, helped to push the short sale through rapidly, and dealt very professionally with difficult people--I know because I was one of the difficult people! I rate Ana to be an excellent realtor, and I have recommended her to friends, and I hope when it's time to sell my place she will be my realtor again : )

The only way to describe working with Ana is just awesome!!!! Ana helped me purchase my home initially (about 6 years ago). She listened to exactly what I was looking for and found a home that fit my needs. She was able to find a home in the beautiful Willow Glen within my budget and gave me great guidance. She put me at ease through the stress of buying a first home and she was very encouraging on the prospects of the investment I was making. Fast forward to this year, when I was planning on listing my home, Ana was the first person to pop in my head. I thought of the great experience I had with the purchase and figured I would have a similar experience. But, that did not happen. Instead I had an AWESOME experience. My wife and I were just blown away at how driven, responsive, helpful, organized, knowledgeable, strategic, etc. Ana is and was through the whole transaction. As problems arose, Ana took care of it. When we were busy at work, Ana kept the ball rolling on the tasks that needed to be completed to get the house ready for showing. After all that, we got a great, solid offer on our house that was above our expectations and allowed us to upgrade our home to fit our family needs. On a personal note, Ana is just a great person. She is funny and is easy to talk to and has a thick skin. For me, I needed someone who is direct and to the point and Ana does exactly that (which may be due to her Italian Mama instincts). I only wish I could take Ana around with me as my realtor for every transaction. My wife and I couldn't be more appreciative of the job that Ana did and highly recommend her.
